Efficiency advantage
At present, our third-generation product has a single tire cycle time increased to 13~17 seconds for semi-steel and 35-42 seconds for full-steel tires. Starting from the mechanical structure (the acceleration and deceleration of the tire, the stability of rotation, the arrangement and movement of the tool, etc.) and the electrical control (tempo setting, step connection and servoing, etc.), while ensuring the stability and effect, Achieve a shorter single cycle time.
Excellent shaving effect, no shaving
The structure of the cutter head adopts an adjustable design, and the height of the residual glue beard can be controlled by adjusting the number of standard spacers to prevent the possibility of shaving from the source. The servo of the equipment makes the stroke of the cutter head precise and controllable. Specific process parameters can be set according to the tire barcode, so as to prevent the protruding parts from being shaved, and solve the problem of tires that cannot be shaved manually, such as snow. Tires, sharp-angle tires, white tires.
Simple operation and maintenance
1. The structure of the cutter head is simple and the blade is easy to install and disassemble
2. For new or polished blades, the life of up to 10,000 copies can be reached at one time.
3. The equipment has a counting function, after the blade has reached a certain number of times, it can send out a signal to remind the tool to change
4. The guide and bearing parts of the movable parts inside the equipment have good protective measures
5. The centralized lubrication method is adopted, which greatly reduces the workload of adding grease
